Mountain Biking:
In the "Approved Bike Area", there are numerous options for every cyclist. We offer approximately 100 tour possibilities at various levels.
Cycling paths, trails, and MTB routes allow everyone to experience the beautiful nature of the Zugspitzarena on a bike.
Golfing:
At the foot of the Wetterstein massif, with a view of the Zugspitze and Sonnenspitze.
Between Ehrwald and Lermoos lies the challenging, beautiful 9-hole golf course at an altitude of 1000 meters.

Swimming:
In our surroundings, there are several swimming opportunities from Heiterwangersee, Blindsee, Mittersee to the Panorama outdoor pool in Lermoos.
The Panorama outdoor pool is accessible on foot from the house.
